Xtreme Detailing LLC is a professional auto appearance company that was established in November 2008 and launched into full operation on January 5th, 2009. Our mission is to provide a first-rate auto detailing experience for our existing and future customers. In less than five years, our education in the auto detailing industry has produced enormous growth in our clientele, services we offer and incredible outcomes. Xtreme Detailing now provides the ultimate auto detailing experience for Hampton Roads, which includes Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Suffolk, Hampton, Newport News and Richmond. In addition, we have global customers from around the world who have their vehicles shipped to us for elite service. Our facility is fully equipped and outfitted with the necessary equipment and supplies needed to offer your vehicle the finest professional detailing available.

Community Based

Xtreme Detailing has been a Supervised Working Experience for at-risk youth for over five years now. We introduce youth into a competitive working environment to help them establish strong work ethics. Work ethic is a set of values based on hard work and diligence. It is also a belief in the moral benefit of work and its ability to enhance character. A work ethic may include being reliable, having initiative, or pursuing new skills.

Workers exhibiting a good work ethic in theory should be selected for better positions, more responsibility and ultimately promotion. Workers who fail to exhibit a good work ethic may be regarded as failing to provide fair value for the wage the employer is paying them and should not be promoted or placed in positions of greater responsibility.

All trainees receive a daily evaluation giving immediate feedback on their performance in the working environment. This process helps the youth identify their strengths and weaknesses.
